To Start off you need to have bootloader 2.11 for this rom to work. So you must of had 6.0 stock or another rom installed for the bootloader to be on. Will not work with 2.09. of course bootloader needs to be unlocked.

in fastboot make sure it is detected "fastboot devices"
Use fastboot "fastboot oem unlock" note some devices need to run "fastboot oem unlock" twice

Download here All needed to flash here even TWRP and SuperSU.  Mirror download
1. Download the zip and extract it. Put the SuperSU Zip on internal drive, or on a usb that you will mount in TWRP. ( If already have TWRP you will not need to reflash it)

2. Put the device in bootloader mode: Of course hold button till light starts to flash then release.

3. Extract the 3 IMG files to where your fastboot software is setup.

4. Once connected to PC use "fastboot flash boot boot.img"

5. after completed "fastboot flash system system.img"

6. Skip if you have TWRP already installed "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img"

7 fastboot -w

8. Now boot in to TWRP and flash the  SuperSU Zip

The first boot can take from 1 to 5 minutes. If it stays on boot go back in to TWRP and factory rest. I had to do this my self.
