Alright  this is a quick look at the new Samsung galaxy note 3.

CPU - 2265 MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 MSM8974AB 4x Krait 400, 28 nm
GPU - 550 MHz Adreno 330 GPU
RAM - 3Gb of ddr3
NAN Rom - 32Gb
Radio - LTE700 (B17), LTE850 (B5), LTE1700/2100 (B4), LTE1900 (B2), GSM850, GSM900, GSM1800, GSM1900, UMTS850 (B5), UMTS900 (B8), UMTS1900 (B2), UMTS2100 (B1)
          so it will work international
          Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n, 802.11ac , Infrared Gate. (tested works on my U-verse and Vizio TV)
Display - 5.7 " 1080 x 1920 Super AM-OLED
USB - 3.0 micro-USB and 2.0 micro-USB  . (You can use older 2.0 micro-usb cable with it from s3 and s4 Tested) Comes with 3.0 cable
Expansion - up to 64Gb microSD, microSDHC, TransFlash, or microSDXC
FM radio - It is built in, but no drivers or software.
GPS - Assisted GPS, QuickGPS, Geotagging, Simultaneous GPS
Front Camera - 2.1 MP
Rear Camera - 12.8 MP with Ultra HD video recording (4K)

My first impression is very easy to use, and a crap load of new functions. Also a whole lot of apps. Mine came with 68 apps pre installed. Awesome convert writing to text, also the multi window work flawlessly. I could watch 4 movies at once all on the screen with not flicker or anything going wrong. Tested on Skype, tango, redphone, hangouts and the video and quality is awesome. The weight and feel of the phone is awesome. I think it is big, but not to big, it fits great in my wifes palm no problem.
