all hlte variants of the device running on Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. This includes the AT&T Note 3 N900A, T-Mobile Note 3 N900T and other GSM variants of Note 3 like N900F and others.

You can grab the Note 3 CM13 ROM from the download link. Simply install it via TWRP recovery with a Factory reset + Cache & Dalvik cache wipe. Also, the rom is pre-rooted and de-odexed so you don’t need to install SuperSU separately.
However here is SuperSU v2.62

Instructions
•MAKE A BACKUP.
•Download the ROM zip and the GApps zip to your device.
•Boot to recovery, and do a full wipe (minus your internal and external SD, which are optional). dirty flashing is not recommended.
•Flash the ROM, then flash the GApps.
•Once everything has completed and the ROM boots, let it sit for 5-10 minutes before messing with it.
